CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING POLICY-  

Any cancellations & rescheduling must be made at least 48 business hours in advance via phone call or text message. Failure to do so will result in a $25 non-refundable fee PER DOG. Please be mindful that in order to keep appointments running on time we will have to reschedule any appointments late arrival past 15 minutes and will will be charge a rescheduling fee of $25. No shows will result in full charge of missed appointment. 1st appointment clients with late cancellations / no shows will not be eligible for another appointment. This helps keep our business running efficiently. VACCINE RECORD POLICY-

Please be sure to bring current Veterinarian Documents for Rabies and Bordetella Vaccinations for each individual pet to be entered into our system. By law, we will have to turn away any pets who's vaccines aren't provided during check in at appointment time, are expired or haven't been given at all. Puppies under 16 weeks only require Parvo vaccines until they are old enough for Rabies vaccines after 4 months old of age.
